Coils are divided into cold-rolled coils and hot-rolled coils, trimmed coils and rough-edged coils
The thickness of cold-rolled coils is generally 0.3-3mm, and there are also cold-rolled plates with a thickness of 4-6mm. The widths are 1000m, 1219mm, and 1500m, and 2B is a common surface.
The thickness of hot-rolled coils is generally 3-16mm, and the widths are 1250mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, and 2000mm. The conventional surface is NO.1 finish.
The widths of 1500mm, 1800mm, and 2000mm are trimmed coils.
The widths of rough-edged coils are generally 1520, 1530, 1550, 2050, etc. The rough-edged coils are wider than the normal trimmed coils.
In terms of price, the trimmed coils of the same model are a little more expensive than the rough-edged coils.
Our stainless steel coils can be opened according to the length required by the customer. After being opened by the flattening machine, they are called flat plates.
Cold-rolled coils are generally opened at 1000mm*2000mm and 1219mm*2438mm, also called 4*8 feet.
Hot-rolled coils are generally opened at 1500mm*6000mm, 1800mm*6000mm, and 2000mm*6000mm. The ones opened according to these sizes are called standard plates or fixed-length plates.
